The retail environment is designed to show the merchandise in comfortable surroundings. In heating terms this can be easily achieved by the installation of the correct heaters from the CEH range.
An entrance door heater gives both welcoming warmth and, by creating an air barrier, conserves the heat from the shop interior. The ODH Over Door Heater range, available with light grey, brushed stainless steel or textured copper bronze finish is surface mounted above the door. The RDH Recessed Door Heater range is purpose designed for recess mounting and is supplied complete with grille and remote switch.
Wall space is always at a premium so the RCH Recessed ceiling heaters provide an ideal solution to installing unobtrusive heat. The RCHS range fits into a standard modular ceiling by replacing a 600mm x 600mm ceiling tile. The RCHR range, supplied with framed grille and remote switch, is designed for installation into a plasterboard type ceiling. For the warehouse style retail outlet with high volume and high ceilings the CUH and CUHW Heavy duty unit heaters will provide an efficient heating solution.
Ceiling mounting may not always be possible so the HLH High Level Heater, available with light grey, brushed stainless steel or textured copper bronze finish, could be wall mounted at high level. Dependant on fixture design CCB kickspace heaters can be installed at low level in the plinth of the units. If low level wall space is available wall mounted CCH Cabinet heaters, CQAC fan forced wall heaters, CHDA Architectural fan forced wall heaters or CWC Recessed fan heaters can be installed.
Large expanses of glazing can be prone to condensation and producing an uncomfortable down draft of cold air. This can be counteracted by installing CFD Floor drop in fan heaters; CFS Floor level convectors or possibly CFT Heavy duty finned tubular heaters at the bottom of the window.
